Refund and Returns Policy

 

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

All returns must be postmarked within ten (10) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, unwashed with all original tags and labels attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at customerservice@stfloree.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. If you use the prepaid shipping label, $6 will be deducted from your return to cover shipping charges.

● Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.        

● We do not accept returns or issue refund after 10 days   

● We can’t accept COD deliveries   

● Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition as well as package, and with all tags attached. Please include original packing slip in your return package.   

● Returns cannot be combined with multiple orders   

● Please contact us before shipping anything back. If you return it without contacting us, we do not ensure the refund    

●Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

●International returns are accepted. Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer. 

●Please note that if you have received a gift and would like to return it for a refund, the person who originally purchased the gift will receive the refund. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Currently, it is not possible to return the items to a Saint Floreé & Co. Store.

 Customers can not exchange a product with a new one

If the return is due to a problem on our (Saint Floreé & Co.) part of which we mistakenly sent the wrong product(s), we will process a full refund after receiving the returned item.

On the other hand, if the return is due to buyer’s problem (such as: do not need it anymore, do not like it, does not look good on me, ordered the wrong size), a fee will be deducted from the total amount as handling fee, range from 15% to 35% which depends on the exact product.

Once the returned item is received and confirmed in good condition, we will process the refund, which will be processed automatically to your original card or payment method.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. Please send us the tracking info after it is shipped. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Returns will be subject to a $6 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
